LETTER OF AGREEMENT
We, the undersigned:

2. Name: Moch. Umar Patek
Religion: Islam
Occupation: Entrepreneur
Address: Jl. Sekartaji Gg.X No. 22
KEDIRI
Hereinafter referred to as the second tenant house
Article 1
First-party contracting for a house to the second party at VILLA BUKIT MAS Address Housing Block A1 No. 10 SURABAYA. Starting May 21, 2011 to May 21, 2013. Both parties had fully paid first-party registration: Rp. 55.00.000. (Fifty Five Million Rupiah) for the contract period 2 (Two Years).
Article 2
The second party is obligated to maintain the building as well as possible, any damage incurred during this agreement, the obligations of both parties to repair, replace it with the cost entirely the responsibility of both parties.
Article 3
During the contract period applies, all obligations must be fulfilled to the house above, a second-party liability, whether the obligation to pay the electricity, the UN, taps, security, cleanliness and a kind.
Article 4
If the obligation referred to in the article above. 3 is neglected by both parties, result in the sanctions for the existing facility, then both parties must resolve to recover such a state before the contracted no later than 30 days before the contract expires.
Article 5
Especially for the payment of electricity, both parties will continue to pay the electric bill last month and electricity bills will be submitted to the first party after fully paid as an archive.
Article 6
The second party is not allowed to make changes or additions to the building or move the rental to other parties, unless there is written permission from the first party.
Article 7
If the contract period ends, the second party is obliged to hand over the house and yard without any conditions to the first party in good condition, well maintained and free of all occupants.
Article 8
For the extension of the contract, both parties must give them know first-party one month before the validity period is over and you will be creating a new treaty to replace this agreement.
Article 9
To terminate the agreement before the contract expires gives them know one month before contract expires.
Article 10
In the termination of the contract before it expires in Article. 1 (One), then the first party is not obliged to refund the remaining money contract, and the second party is not justified in demanding the first party.
Article 11
So this house contract agreement we made with real without coercion from anyone.
