Beauty queen stripped of title 'after posting naked pictures on Facebook'

DAILY MAIL - A beauty queen has been stripped of her title in a wrangle over allegations she posted nude photos of herself on Facebook. Charlotte Campbell, 23, who denies the claims, last year realised her modeling dreams by winning the Miss York City contest. She then became the first single mum to qualify for the Miss Great Britain final since the competition began 65 years ago, after new rules were introduced allowing single mothers and divorcees to take part. But now Miss Great Britain's current boss, Wendy Seinturier, has alleged Charlotte broke its rules and regulations by posting completely nude photos of herself on Facebook, and says she is being replaced as Miss York City by another woman. Charlotte has strongly denied breaking the rules, claiming she could assure people there had never been any nude photographs of her published or printed, or posted on to Facebook or any other internet websites. Charlotte, who spent much of her childhood in York and has a three-year-old son, Bobby, said the alleged nude photo isn't a fully nude photograph as alleged and had been on her Facebook page for over two years under no privacy settings, and was therefore open to Miss Great Britain organisers. She had entered other pageants with the same nudity rules without problems and, after working in the industry for over five years, was very aware of the difference between nude and implied nude, and how potentially damaging publication of topless or fully nude images could be to a career in commercial modelling or TV presenting. Okay people, enough is enough. These nude photo scandals have been going on since the Dark Ages. I propose that the rules for all these contests be changed to allow chicks to have all the nude photos they want in their "other" lives. Sheesh, who doesn't have naked photos somewhere these days? Pretty soon the only eligible contestants are gonna be spinsters, nuns and nine-year-olds. Let's drop the sappy moralism and embrace the fact that the world at large loves chicks who get nekkid. It's 2011 for chrissakes! Pay attention!

It's 2011 and we make vacuum cleaners that run by themselves. A friggin' computer just beat humans at Jeopardy. I don't want to see any more doctored photos or hear from some fuckin' deadbeat that they've just encountered the find of the century. Shit doesn't exist. If it did, we'd have some hard proof by now. Hell, I just posted a video of a flying Russian kid the other day. Now that shit's real! Get with the program. Pay the fuck attention!
