After waiting for about two years now, Kaberle is finally a Bruin. This is great news for a struggling Boston power play. This guy's a QB at the point. The Bruins also made a couple of other deals, with the end result of this week being that we've added Chris Kelly, Kaberle and Rich Peverley and given up Blake Wheeler, Mark Stuart, Joe Colborne and a couple of draft picks. No great losses there (especially Wheeler) and the new guys should help jump-start the offense. Here are some Kaberle highlights to whet your appetite:

Isn't it about time we saw this handsome couple strolling down Newbury Street? Reports are that the Bruins are "close" to a deal with the Maple Leafs to land the defensemen. Let's get this done already! Kaberle would be an instant upgrade to an anemic power play and help the B's in an area they need it most - moving the puck out of their own end. If Chiarelli and Neeley are serious about bringing a Cup to Boston, this deal has to get done. I don't give a shit if they can sign him for next year or not - the time is now. It's time to cash this Czech! ;-)
