You HAVE TO check this guy out. Todd English? Gordon Ramsey? Jamie Oliver? Ming Tsai? Move the fuck over! This Canuck cook is absolutely, hands-down, the most crazy/excellent/drunken/bat-shit/badass/knife-weilding chef in North America. If HBO ever makes a cooking show this guy will be more famous than Tony Soprano. This is man-food of the highest order, always cooked with a healthy dose of booze and weed. I've made this pulled pork myself and it blew me away. He really finds his groove around the 2:25 mark of this vid. Friggin' righteousness.
