Why go out to dinner on Valentine's Day when you can stay at home and serve your honey a little Penis Pasta?  What says love more than feeding her hundreds of penises on a plate?  Personally, I'd say the only way to go here is Alfredo sauce.  Anything tomato based is gonna look like a whole heaping of castrated dicks.  Boil the water!
